Hi, I’m Tina, an FDN-P, Certified Nutrition Coach, and founder of Carrots ‘N’ Cake. I’m also the author of The Everything Macro Cookbook, a YouTuber, podcast host, and creator of the StrengMadeSimple and Lean Summer Solution programs.

Emma Hammond is a Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, Pre/Postnatal Specialist, and holds a BS in Psychology. With well over a decade of experience, Emma helps women break free from yo-yo dieting, overcome mindset blocks, and build sustainable fitness and nutrition habits that support hormone health and body composition goals.

After her own journey to reclaim her health and later becoming a mom, Emma now specializes in guiding women through every stage of life, from hypothalamic amenorrhea to perimenopause, and from pregnancy to postpartum. She brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to her coaching, blending functional fitness, psychology, and a deep understanding of women’s hormonal needs.

Emma lives in Chattanooga, TN with her husband, toddler son, and two energetic dogs. When she’s not lifting or coaching, you’ll find her baking in the kitchen with a glass of red wine in hand.
